Product Focus – 100% Australian Deionised Grape Juice Concentrate

With customers increasingly choosing healthier ethical products, our Deionised Grape Juice Concentrate is the perfect natural alternative for sweetening wine, beer, fruit & vegetable drinks, baby food, jams, ice cream, yoghurt, confectionary and jellies.
Also known as ‘Rectified’ Grape Juice Concentrate, this unique product is processed to 68°Brix, removing all grape flavour, acid, colour and aroma, leaving just the purity of grape sugar.

“It’s such a pure, natural and stable product to work with” says AusGrape Lead Winemaker for grape juice concentrate, Sabina Krasteva. “We want it as clear as water and neutral in taste, so it’s ideal for winemakers wanting a premium Australian natural grape sugar source for sweetness and balancing their sparkling and still wines without any impact on acid or flavour balance”.

100% sourced from vitis vinifera grapes grown in Southeastern Australia, this unique product is expertly processed at our BRC AA+ Food Safety and Sustainable Winegrowing Australia (SWA) certified Buronga Hill Winery, aseptically packed in pails, drums and IBCs, but also offered in larger scale volumes either flexi containers or bulk road tankers. It is exceptionally stable in transit and has 24 months shelf life when stored at <2°C.
